Dark Kitchen, also known as Blind Kitchens or Ghost Kitchens, is an innovative initiative that consists in offering fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary facilities ready to be used by restaurants or gastronomic start-ups focused on food production and prepared dishes for delivery.
