La Curtiembre gallery,
La Curtiembre is a space that is located inside the Victor Manuel flea market on the mural called "Local 54", which was made by the artist Paula Godoy Ossa. The mural is about 600 square meters, and it is on the floor. It is worth noting that this space is not only used by the gallery, but it is also used for entrepreneurial fairs, artistic activities, brand events, among others. En el segundo nivel del Persa Víctor Manuel se encuentra el mural “Composición 11”, realizado por el artista Simón De Madera, que está ubicado sobre las piscinas de la ex Curtiembre donde antiguamente se trabajaban los cueros. Este lugar es ideal para grabaciones o tomas fotográficas.

"Borde Sur" refers to the importance of the South in the construction of new urban and cultural imaginaries. El Galpón 2 es un espacio del Persa Víctor Manuel en el que sábados, domingos y festivos los locatarios venden distintos productos, tales como antigüedades, textil, cachureos, libros, entre otros. En la zona central de este espacio se realizó la Feria Impresionante 2021 en un mesón largo en el cual diversos expositores exhibieron sus productos, y también se han llevado a cabo ferias textiles. Este espacio es óptimo para la realización de ferias y exhibiciones.
